Fort Worth, VA - Installation
We are proud to highlight a large-scale installation at Gourmet Wood Products, a Texas-based producer known nationwide for premium cooking and smoking firewood. As demand for high-quality hardwood cooking fuel continues to grow, Gourmet Wood® expanded its operations and invested in a robust Pezzolato processing line to support new markets and increased production capacity.

Working closely with us, Gourmet Wood® expanded their operation with a significant investment in Pezzolato equipment, adding eight machines to their production line—two TLA-18 saws, two TB900 vertical splitters, and four SP40 horizontal splitters. They also incorporated Pezzolato log decks and discharge conveyors to streamline material handling and improve overall workflow efficiency.

This Pezzolato system allows Gourmet Wood® to efficiently process millions of pounds of firewood annually, supporting both retail and wholesale distribution across the U.S. The durability of Pezzolato machinery, combined with flexible system configurations, enables Gourmet Wood® to adapt production to different wood species and product requirements while minimizing downtime.

This installation is a strong example of how Pezzolato equipment supports growing operations—helping producers scale confidently with industrial-grade solutions backed by proven European engineering and U.S.-based support. From planning and equipment selection to installation and ongoing service, Pezzolato USA remains committed to delivering solutions that grow with our customers.
